ReplyDeleteThe story of Benedict Arnold is quite fascinating. Seems to me he got screwed to an extent. But, nothing excuses what he did. Another interesting bit, Washington offered to exchange British Major Andre for the traitor. The British refused. Washington hanged Andre. Ole George was a straight up gangster. 18 Century FAFO.
