Dateline:  December 8, 1941, somewhere in the Pacific Ocean...


"Men, you've got to hear something I pulled off the Internet...'Dear Mom, The Japanese are so mean.  They went and ruined the beach trip I had planned with the fellas to Waikiki yesterday.  President Roosevelt is to blame.  Inform CNN when they're invented.'  Funny, yes?"

"But, Honorable Sergeant?"

      Can you imagine? Possibly the war wouldn't have lasted so long...? Of course, I could be naive, given how popular killing each other seems to STILL be.
